Its Spring Time- Time to Spruce Up your Coffee Bar in your Kitchen with a simple RAE DUNN INSPIRED DIY Sign you can make for $3 bucks with all Dollar Tree Items.
Whoever doesn't get inspired by Rae Dunn is weird! LOL! Yeah I said it! Rae Dunn has literally everything, for every kind of season or reason; especially Coffee Bar Signs. So I was inspired by this Brown Wood Sign for my Coffee Bar I saw on Google. I knew I could make something similar. Usually when look for kitchen and coffee bar decor, either the sign is too long, to big, doesn't say the message I want and so on.
**Fun fact: This DIY actually cost me nothing to make but will cost you at least $4 for supplies**
Most of you all know that my favorite drink is TEA and then Coffee, but its one of my favorite areas to just check in when the house is quiet to make a cup of anything warm. My little make shift breakfast nook/ Coffee Bar Area in my kitchen is quite small and for pre-spring decor I wanted to bring in some Sage Green along with some aspects of Pink, Greenery etc. I didn't want to go full blast Spring as its still Chilly and un-spring like in NYC especially during the Lock in for the Corona Virus
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS SIMPLE AND EASY DO IT YOURSELF RAE DUNN INSPIRED COFFE BAR SIGN:
**One DOLLAR TREE Wood Wall Decor Sign (Front/Back Pictured Above)
Desired Paint Color (I used white craftsman paint- but you can use the one from Dollar Tree as well)
Two of the Wall Decor Stickers depending on your message for your Coffee Bar Sign.
Paint Brush/Scissors/Mod Podge -optional
FIRST: PAINT THE INSIDE OF THE WOOD SIGN WITH PAINT. ADD A FEW COATS TO COVER THE WOOD.
SECOND: CUT OUT THE LETTERS FROM THE STICKERS TO SPELL YOUR COFFEE BAR MESSAGE. I USED TWO PACKS OF THE STICKERS TO CREATE
"Coffee TEA LOVE <3 <3 <3"
THIRD: Place the letters centered in the wood sign once the wood is dry to spell your message. Make sure the placement of each letter is correct before pressing down to seal.
FOURTH: Add Mod Podge if Needed
